Room services

We would like to remind to the guests that rooms must be vacated by 11pm on the day of departure.

You will find a “do not disturb” sign on the entrance door handle that you can use if you do not wish our staff to enter your room.

Please inform reception immediately if you notice any faults or defects during your stay so that we can fix them as quickly as possible.

Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis between 8am and 3pm. If you have any particular requirements relating to the time your room is cleaned please let reception know.

Your room is fitted with air conditioning that you can adjust to your own preferences. For it to work properly external doors and windows must be closed. Set the temperature switch to the desired level.

During your stay at our hotel for security reasons we recommend you to use the safe deposit box in your room to store any valuables. The hotel will not accept any liability for items lost or missing from rooms that were not stored in the safe deposit box.

Our hotel has free Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas. To activate it, select the network with the hotel’s name on your device and follow the steps that are indicated during the connection process.

At HM Ayron Park we take care of the environment and we appreciate our guests doing so too. Linen is changed every three days. The towels in your room will be changed at your request. If you want to help us protect the environment by reusing your towels please hang them on the towel rail. 

Otherwise we will change them for you.

If you need any extra bathroom items please let reception know. Please remember that room towels must not be used in the swimming pool or on the beach. You can hire pool towels from reception free of charge.

Your room has a HD television with national and international channels.

Use the remote control to select the channels you want to watch.

The hotel has free kettles for guests. If you would like to use a kettle during your stay please ask at reception. You will need to pay a deposit that will be refunded when you return the kettle.

There is a laundry service available to guests. If you wish to use it please ask at reception.
At HM Ayron Park we have irons and ironing boards that guests can use free of charge. Please ask at reception if you wish to make use of this service.

The hotel has a pillow menu so that guests can use a pillow that adapts to their own preferences and requirements. Just ask at reception.

Please remember that the items in your room are to be enjoyed during your stay. Please ask in reception if you wish to purchase any of them.

All rooms have a telephone for local, national and international calls, with the corresponding charge. To make calls from your room during your stay please contact reception to enquire about rates, which will be charged when you settle your bill. Just dial 9 to speak to reception.

In order to comply with national anti-smoking regulations, smoking is not allowed inside the hotel.

You have at your disposal a minibar menu. If you want us to refill the minibar please ask at reception or dial 9. If you can't find something in the minibar menu, please check with reception.

Swimming pool


The HM Ayron Park Hotel has outdoor swimming pools for adults, with a nice solarium area with sun loungers and parasols. We kindly ask our guests that, for their own safety, to consult the safety and hygiene rules displayed at each pool before using it..

Minors should always be supervised by their adult relatives, and babies should wear water resistant nappies with bathing costume.

The hotel shall not be responsible for the loss of towels and other belongings left in the hammocks, so please keep an eye on your belongings at all times.

We kindly ask our guests for their collaboration and we remind them that reserving sun loungers is prohibited. If you leave your towel or belongings in a lounger without their presence for more than 15 minutes, they will be removed and the sun lounger will be made available for another guest
who wants to enjoy it.


Wellness

 

The HM Ayron Park Hotel has a Wellness Centre, a Gym and massage parlour. The Gym has all you need to get fit and is open from 07:00 to 19:00. Access is free for all guests. The SPA area has a free indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath.

The massage service is available from 10:00 to 19:00, and it is necessary to book in advance at the hotel reception.

Security measures

 

Here are some important safety rules to keep in mind throughout the stay, please read them carefully and put them into practice: 

Keep an eye on and ensure the safety of your luggage, do not leave it unattended at any time.

Deposit your valuable possessions in your room safe. The hotel shall not be responsible for the objects that have not been deposited in it.

Whenever you leave your room, check that the door is perfectly closed.

Notify the management of any defect or anything suspicious that you observe during your stay.

Only people registered at the reception can stay in the room, identifying themselves with your official identity document.

Please do not provide your room number to strangers, whether inside or outside the hotel.
Communicate the loss of your room access card at reception as soon as possible.

The hotel has evacuation systems in emergency situations. These systems have been subjected to rigorous controls to verify their effectiveness. The rooms have an evacuation plan behind each main door, where the existing emergency exits are indicated, as well as the rules and guidelines to follow in case of emergency or evacuation.

According to current Spanish legislation, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, except in the indicated outdoor areas.
